What we collect

Outlook Power Tools collects minimal, anonymous usage data to improve the extension:

Analytics events — feature usage counts (e.g., "template inserted", "quick step executed"), extension version, browser locale. Each event includes an anonymous user ID generated locally. We do not collect your name, email address, or any personally identifiable information.
License verification — if you activate a Pro license, we send your license key to our server to verify its validity. We store the key, its activation date, and the associated product name.

What we do NOT collect

Email content, subjects, recipients, or attachments
Browsing history or activity outside of Outlook
Personal information (name, email, phone)
Cookies or cross-site tracking data

Where your data is stored

Templates, quick steps, and keyboard shortcuts are stored locally in your browser using chrome.storage.sync. This data never leaves your device unless Chrome syncs it across your own signed-in browsers.

Analytics events are sent to our server at nanobanana-clean.ru/collect via HTTPS. We do not share, sell, or transfer this data to third parties.

Payment processing is handled entirely by PayPal. We do not receive or store your payment details (credit card, bank account).

Third-party services

PayPal — processes Pro subscription payments. Subject to PayPal's Privacy Policy.

Your rights

You can delete all locally stored data by removing the extension from Chrome. To request deletion of server-side analytics data, email us at novikn552ta@gmail.com.

Changes to this policy

If we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. For major changes, we will notify users through the extension.
